Best Auto USA conducts business in accordance to the terms of INCOTERMS 2010 (International Commercial Terms). All claims and disputes will be solved based on the terms of INCOTERMS 2010. You can find our business terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before you start using our system. Any usage of our website and orders placed will be considered as acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Terms of payment if participating in auctions:

A refundable deposit is required to submit a live bid onto the online auction system. You can start bidding only after we have received your deposit. Our customer service personally confirms the deposit status of each customer at regular intervals. After purchasing a vehicle, the deposit will be allocated as partial payment for the vehicle. The remaining amount of payment is required within 5 (five) business days of the purchase via Telegraphic Transfer (TT).

Terms of payment if buying from stock:

Make payment for the full FOB, C&F or CIF cost of the vehicle via Telegraphic Transfer. Some our STOCK prices are negotiable and inquiries are welcome.

Cancellation policy if you buy from stock:

We do not require a cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy if you buy from auction:

We do not require a cancellation fee if you cancel order before your vehicle is purchased from auction. However if you want to cancel your order after the vehicle is purchased for you a cancellation fee is required as shown below:

Terms of Trade:

  • Customer should be registered on our Website before making a transaction. (Registration is absolutely free!)
  • Prices can be viewed with full vehicle details once you receive login credentials.
  • Customers can pay in US Dollars.
  • We will arrange all necessary custom clearance and shipping process only after receiving full FOB, C&F or CIF cost of the vehicle via Telegraphic Transfer.
  • We will send you copies of necessary documents by fax or e-mail within 5-7 days after departure.
  • After receiving all original documents from the shipping line we will send them via DHL or FedEX, this will take 3-7 days for delivery.

Useful information.

CERTIFICATE OF TITLE (only for U.S.): Certificate of title for a vehicle (also known as a car title or pink slip is a legal form, establishing a person or business as the legal owner of a vehicle. You should be provided with this document together with the shipping documents.

FOB (Free on Board): FOB price includes the vehicle cost and all expenses incurred in U.S. with the exception of container packing and shipping.

C&F (Cost and Freight): Vehicle cost including shipping.

CIF (Cost Insurance Freight): CIF is the vehicle cost which includes shipping and insurance, and excludes local taxes and charges of the country of destination.

T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Electronic transfer of funds for sending deposit and payment. This method for money transactions is recommended, as it is fast and reliable.

BILL OF LADING (B/L): This document shows proof of cargo ownership and is used for collecting the vehicle at the port. The B/L is a very important document and must be kept safe at all times.

INVOICE: A shipping invoice may be required at customs to pay import taxes.
